Media Art Histories: RENEW

The 5th International Conference on the Histories of Media Art, Science and Technology
in collaboration with the 15th International Festival for New Media Culture “Art+Communication”
Riga, October 8–12, 2013

The Media Art Histories: Renew conference will host three days of keynotes, panels and poster sessions on the histories of networked digital, electronic and technological media arts.

The conference will be complemented by the Art+Communication festival programme, featuring media art exhibition, experimental film and video screening programme, live performances and workshops.
The conference will be organized by The Center for New Media Culture RIXC, in collaboration with Art Research Lab of Liepaja University, Stockholm School of Economics, Latvian Acadamy of Arts, Contemporary Art Center kim? and other local partners
