Dragana Sapanjoš, Workshop with Children

Dragana Sapanjoš’s workshop was designed for children 6-8 years old. The theme of the workshop were children’s dreams, monstrous creatures and fantasy characters. It was based on retelling of dreams and then drawing them with pencils and crayons on paper. End of the workshop was designed as a ‘protest’ to protect dreams and was realized as a children’s mini parade around MMSU, with their drawings as banners.


High School Students in Public Space

13 school year, Museum’s Education Department in association with the students from four high schools from Rijeka conducted a research about the ways in which high school students use public space in the city of Rijeka. The students and their mentors: David Karasman, Andrija Mohorovičić Gymnasium; Branka Batričević and Asja Bikić Rukavina, School of Civil and Technical Engineering; Željko Maurović, Italian High School; Laura Herceg, School of Applied Arts from Rijeka.


Journalism Workshop with History of Art Students

3. – 23. 5. 2013 / Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Art History

In order to provide basic insights into the problematic issues of the theory and practice of visuality today as well as autonomous and interpretative dealing with artistic practice, 3rd year Art History students dealt with, as one of the students’ topic, project Spajalica / Copula.

Seminar consisted of tracking the artistic interventions in public space and writing technical reviews in the form of a press review on the topic of Spajalica / Copula. Final discussion took place at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences onMay 23, 2013 when the students read their works and discussed it with the curators, Sabina Salamon and Ksenija Orelj, as well as with Spajalica jury member, Ivana Meštrov.
